With an extensive background in Family Practice, Dr. Ian Kelly combines medical expertise with a passion for patient care. A graduate of University College Dublin, he holds an MB. B.Ch. BAO, DCH., and has honed his skills in Clinical Medicine and Public Speaking. Dr. Kelly is particularly skilled in organic bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, helping patients navigate menopause with advanced care.
Dr. Rosan Knowles completed her medical training (MBBS) and obtained her Family Medicine (DM) specialization from the University of the West Indies. She has many interests, some of which may have been influenced by her upbringing as an “island girl”. These encompass obesity/weight loss and prevention, for which she is now studying Functional Medicine to get to the root cause of disease. Dr. Knowles is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals to live and lead healthier lifestyles
Dr Victoria C. Kelly qualified as a medical doctor in 2007. She is also a 2010 Organization of American States Scholar having been awarded a full scholarship by the OAS to read for the Masters in Public Health at St George’s University. She successfully completed the MPH in Public Health Policy and Administration in 2011.
Dr Kelly has worked as a physician in the NHS in England since 2017. In 2019, she began specialist training in Family Medicine in the United Kingdom and became a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2023. In addition to her extensive public health and family medicine background, registration with both the General Medical Council of the United Kingdom and the Bahamas Medical Council, Dr. Victoria also holds a post-graduate diploma in Dermatology, which she obtained with distinction from the University of Plymouth in the UK.
Dr. V. Kelly has a keen interest in dermatology and is well versed in both the surgical and pharmaceutical management of dermatologic conditions which often present in primary care. She is committed to providing a holistic, evidence-based approach toward health promotion and disease prevention for every patient at every clinical encounter.

Dr. Gomez completed his medical training at the University of the West Indies, followed by a residency in Family Medicine at UWI Bahamas campus. With a focus on chronic conditions like diabetes, he serves as the Medical Director of the Diabetes Research Institute. Dr. Gomez is committed to empowering patients through education, research, and holistic care, emphasizing the importance of proper diet, exercise, and medication. His research includes topics like pap smear awareness, asthma, and perimenopause.
